Welcome to the New England Community Strategies Council web site.
The primary goal of this group is to double survival from out-of-hospital (OOH) sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).
The New England Council oversees the overall strategic plans made for strengthening the Chain of Survival and systems improvements in communities within Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
A wide variety of strategies will be needed in order to effect change on outcomes.
